Jamshedpur, Jan. 4: Inaugurating the land bank web portal at Project Building in Ranchi on Monday, chief minister Raghubar Das said that the investors will be benefited with the creation of land bank in the state.
He said that all information related with availability of land block wise and district wise can be seen on the web portal just at a click.
He said that one can see the information related with land bank on jharbhoomi.nic. He directed the officials to complete the digital map to show the availability of land.
He said to identify land for allotment to coal blocks and food processing park and remain in touch with the nodal officers.
On this occasion, Revenue Secretary K. K. Soan said that 21,01,471.99 acres of land is available in the state including gairmajarua aam, gairmajarua jungle and unused govt. land.
The land has been divided in different categories to suit the investors of different level. Links have been developed for 1-50, 50 -100 & more than 100 acres of land.
Workshop will be organized from 20th January to train the nodal officers. He said that digital map will be provided this financial year.
Additional Chief Secretary U. P. Singh, Principal Secretary to the CM Mr. Sanjay Kumar and Secretary to the CM Sunil Burnwal were present on this occasion.
