Ranchi: Chief Minister (CM) Hemant Soren has ordered extension of the last date for the application of scholarship given to poor tribal students by the state welfare department up to December 10.
He said the students could apply both online as well as offline. He said the students of remote rural areas were not yet accustomed to using Internet.
