Ranchi, Dec. 21: Chief Minister Mr. Raghubar Das directed the Personnel & Rajbhasa Department to start departmental proceeding on the then HRD principal secretary Mr. B.K. Tripathi & asked the Administrative department to recover money from him.
It should be noted that the govt. had constituted a three member committee under the Development Commissioner regarding submission of deducted late fine in connection with publication of free of cost course books in Jharkhand during the session 2007-08 to 2012-13. The committee constituted Principal Secretary, Planning �cum- Finance & Principal Secretary, Personnel.
Prima-facie, financial & procedural irregularities have been established in the committee�s report.
