Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren today gave assistance fund to retired soldiers and their families on the occasion of Armed Forces Flagship Day.
He said the great sacrifice made by the soldiers and their services could never be compared to any amount howsoever large.
He said the government will make every possible effort to ensure welfare of ex-soldiers and their families. He was speaking in his office after former soldiers presented him a flag.
