Ranchi: Chief Minister Raghubar Das here on Wednesday approved IT and E-governance proposal to nominate C-DAC for establishment of Jhar and CERT to make the state self dependent in cyber security. Under this proposal, Rs. 88.14 crore along with an expected expenditure of Rs 5 crore has been approved. C-DAC will also help in preparing cyber police, cyber forensic and govt. manpower.
