Ranchi, June 19: Chief Minister Raghuwar Das on Sunday announced indemnity of Rs 10 Lakh and job for former inspector of Topchanchi police station Umesh �Kacchap�s kin and a compensatory job for his wife.
CM will personally hand over the indemnity amount to late Kacchap�s wife on Monday.
CM has ordered an independent high level enquiry of Umesh Kacchap�s UD case. Cabinet secretary Surendra Singh Meena and Additional DGP (CID), Ajay Kumar Singh has been assigned enquiry of this case within a week�s time.
SSP Dhanbad �Mr.Surendra Kumar Jha has been ordered to stay out of the matter during investigation.
CM has ordered H/Q posting of Hariharpur officer in-charge Santosh Rajak, inspector D. K. Jha and DSP Majrool Hoda with immediate effect.
Family members of late Inspector of Topchanchi Umesh Kacchap met principal secretary to CM Sanjay Kumar on Sunday and shared their grievance.
