Chaibasa, June 19: Civil Surgeon Hinashu Kumar Barwar chaired a meeting under Mukhyamantri Gambhir Bimari Upchar Yojana at Sadar Hospital in Chaibasa on Monday.
Civil Surgeon said that this week we provided treatment to three serious diseases as prescribed by Mukhyamantri Gambhir Bimari Upchar Yojana.
Debrai from Kumardungi block was provided Kidney dialysis care and was given Rs 5 lakh, Angad Das got heart treatment and was provided Rs 4 lakh while Basanti Gope the cancer patient was given Rs 2.50 lakh.
CS Barwar further said that the patient with serious illness was also provided immediate help and their names are included for the next weekly meeting. He also added that immediate relief is given to the serious patient without further delay provided that all formalities are fulfilled.
Social worker Geeta Balmuchu who is a member of the committees also said that we visit villages to indentify such patient and help them to get proper treatment. The meeting was attended by all the members.
