Jamshedpur, Dec 22: Christmas was organized in the premises of Vivekananda International School at Old Purulia Road in Mango. Principal of St. Joseph’s Community College, Sister Tessie along with Sister Reshma were the chief guests on the occasion.
The Christmas celebration included school students presenting speeches on various aspects of Jesus Christ, presentation of Christmas carols with ‘Joy to the world’ and ‘jingle Bells’ eliciting thunderous applause. A student dressed as Santa Claus distributed sweets and other gifts among the members of the audienc3e, children, faculty and other staff members. The Chief Guest, Sister Tessie, in her Christmas speech, gave the meassage of love, affection and harmony. The program was anchored by Faiza Fatma and the vote of thanks was offered by the school’s Headmistress, Dr. Nidhi Srivastav.
