Chinmaya Vidyalaya South Park bids emotional farewell to Class X, XII students

Jamshedpur: Chinmaya Vidyalaya, South Park, Bistupur, organised a grand farewell ceremony titled “Wings of Wisdom” on February 6, 2026, to bid an emotional goodbye to its Class X and XII students of the 2025–26 batch. The event marked not just the end of an academic journey, but a celebration of memories, achievements and aspirations for the future.

The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, creating a solemn and inspiring atmosphere. Esteemed guests, including the Honourable Vice Chairman and committee members, were warmly welcomed. Students presented a heartfelt welcome address, followed by reflections from the outgoing batch that recalled their school journey and shared moments of gratitude.

Meritorious students were honoured with prestigious titles: Shreya Choudhary was awarded Miss Virtuous, Shreshth Raj received the title of Mr. Virtuous, Areeba Asif was named Miss Chinmaya and Vaibhav Mishram was honoured as Mr. Chinmaya. Several other students were also recognised for their outstanding achievements.

Principal Mikki Singh blessed the students and wished them a bright, successful and prosperous future. As a token of love and remembrance, each Class X and XII student received a memento.

The cultural programme by students of Classes IX and XI, featuring vibrant dances and melodious songs, added colour to the occasion. The farewell concluded on an emotional note, blending smiles, pride and fond memories.
