Chinmaya Mission Jamshedpur to hold virtual Ganesh Chaturthi celebration

Jamshedpur, Aug 21: Chinmaya Mission Jamshedpur�which runs two schools in Steel City will celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi at Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Telco and Chinmaya Vidyalaya South Park, Bistupur on August 22.

Students of both the schools were told to make Ganesh idols to mark the occasion.

Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Telco students made 1841 Ganesh idols while

Chinmaya Vidyalaya South Park kids made 310 idols. Chinmaya Mission will be celebrating virtual Ganesh Puja were all the students will also attend. Chinmaya Mission has urged students to offer prayers to Ganpati Bappa from their respective homes.

Virtual puja will commence at Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Telco from 8.30 am and at Chinmaya Vidyalaya South Park from 10.40 am. This was informed by B Surendranath, President, Chinmaya Mission Jamshedpur.
