Jamshedpur: Chhau festival is going to be organized at Birsa Munda stadium in Seraikela. Renowned Chhau artists from different places will be converging here to participate in the popular annual event.
The event organizers said Chhau is usually performed in three different forms. Masks are used by the artists during the performance. Hindu mythological stories and characters feature in the performances. Chhau dance is performed every Basant season by group of male artists, they said.
Every year a large number of people throng Seraikela to witness the spectacular event.
