Jamshedpur, June 5: Timken India Jamshedpur observed World Environment Day on Friday, June 5 were hundreds of trees were planted inside the company premises.
On the day Safety Team Leader of the plant Md. Firoz Alam imparted training on Chemical management to the employees and contract workers.
On the occasion General Manager of the plant Gouri Shankar Rai while addressing the gathering highlighted the importance of environment safety and protection of the same.
At the event HRDM Dinesh Singh, Jaydeep Majumdar, Simran Banerjee, Niket Kumar, Timken Workers Union General Secretary Vijay Kumar, President Zahir Ahmed Siddique, Ravindra Prasad, Bijay Ghoshal, Ajay Botika, Kamlesh Yadav, Rajkumar Mahato along with number of employees of the company planted trees and pledged to keep the environment safe.
