Jamshedpur: Charge was framed against state Congress president Dr Ajoy Kumar and Congress leader Firoz Khan in a six year old road blockade case in the court of First Class Judicial Magistrate Satyabhama on Friday.
The case dates back to 27th October 2013 when the two accused were members of Jharkhand Vikas Morcha. The two along with many others had allegedly blocked National Highway 33 to protest against its deplorable condition. Party members had blocked Pardih Chowk in Mango. An FIR was lodged against them by the special officer of Mango Notified Area Committee Sushil Kumar.
