Speaking during the zero houir Assembly session legislator Dip[ak Birua informed the House that the disparity in service conditions with those of their Bihar counterparts had created a sense of discontent among Jharkhand police officers and demanded that they too be paid uniform allowance in tandem with that of the Bihar police officers.
