Chaibasa, Sept. 5: The 6th annual general meeting (AGM) of Chaibasa chamber of commerce and Industries is scheduled to be held at Madhav Sabhagar on September 18.
The meeting would commence at 11:30 am, said a press communique issued by the chamber of Monday. The chairman of chamber�s subcommittee will present the annual report at the general meeting.
The press communique stated that the members can question and give suggestion openly in the interest of the chamber during the meeting.
A committee has been formed for the preparation of general meeting which would be monitored and led by chamber�s secretary Madhusudan Agarwal .
The AGM will be chaired by chamber President Lalit Sharma.
An AGM preparation meeting was held were chamber founder Anup Kumar Sultania, vice-president Ananda vardhan, Pawan Khirwal, joint secretary Dilip Khandelwal, Treasurer Vinod Dahima, Vikas Goel, Anil Khirwal, Nitin Prakash Jayprakash Madura, Pradeep Singh, Deepak Sharma including executive members of chamber of commerce were present.
