Jamshedpur, Jan 30: Thieves took away cash and valuables worth Rs 5 lakh from the house of one Brajesh Kumar in Jaipal Colony near Dimna Chowk. The family came to know about the theft Sunday morning when Vivek, Kumar’s son, reached home and found everything in mess. The safe was broken with the cash and valuables missing. Kumar, who works in a liquor factory at Ranchi, had shifted to the state Capital on 8th January last. An FIR has been registered against unidentified persons in this connection. Cops said a probe was on into the incident.
