Jamshedpur, Jan 17: In a heartwarming gesture of social service, students and teachers of Class 2 at Carmel Junior College came together to donate bicycles to underprivileged children on Friday. The initiative was part of the school’s ‘Service Learning’ program, aimed at fostering the spirit of philanthropy among young minds.
Over the past few months, Class 2 students collected a small contribution each month, with the guidance and support of their teachers.
With the funds raised, they were able to purchase four bicycles, which were then given to children in need.
