Jamshedpur : Gripped with slow down the local manufacturers and companies are pinning hopes on mega trade fair, ‘Canvas India-2015 to increase their market share in the time of festive season.
Former CM Arjun Munda inaugurated the fair. The fair will continue till October 12 at Gopal Maidan.
More than 500 stalls with more than 300 brands, representing the spectrum of consumer goods to residential apartments, will attract the fair enthusiasts of the city during the mega event.
Companies of all the sectors are participating in the fair that is likely to witness 3lakh footfalls during the two weeks odd event.
Hundreds of companies from, FMCG, automobile, IT, electronics, telecom, real estate and life style among others, will showcase its new and branded products in the fair.
Banglore based, The Concern India Shows, which is the principal host of the trade fair, said that along with a range of discount offers the consumers will be subjected to the maximum entertainment with cultural evenings during the fortnight the event.
A dealer of major automobile company said that trade shows offer a profitable way to showcase products and services to interested buyers. At the time of slump in market there are exciting events for companies as well as customers.
Attending a trade show offers one a concentrated venue for presenting your products or services to a high percentage of people who are already interested in buying them.
“You can showcase your popular products and introduce new products to new contacts and meet current customers in person with out of the ordinary trade show promotions. You can also see what the competition is offering,” said another participant.
Jyoti Kumar, managing director, Concern (India), said that international and national brands and manufacturers are participating in the fair. They are offering new products and products together with attractive discounts and offers.
