Jamshedpur: A new canteen building was inaugurated at Sukh Tara School in Bagunhatu on Wednesday by senior officials of Tata Steel Processing and Distribution Limited (TSPDL).
The company management had adopted the school several years back. It has been making efforts from time to time to improve facilities in the school.
The canteen was inaugurated by Ashwini Kumar, GM, TSPDL, jointly with the HR officer PK Sahu and members of local NGO Jan Kalyan Sangharsh Samiti.
Study materials were also distributed among the pupils on the occasion. Among others present during the event included Machhendra Nishad, Subhash Pramanik and Raju.
