Jamshedpur: The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has announced that it will celebrate the year 2025 as ‘Vyapari Swabhiman Year,’ aiming to highlight the rights and contributions of traders across the country. The initiative seeks to recognize the role of traders in the nation’s economic, social, cultural, and religious development.
CAIT National President B.C. Bhartia and National Joint General Secretary Suresh Sonthalia shared that a National Traders Conference will be held in Delhi on January 6-7, where over 150 prominent business leaders will gather to finalize the plans for the year. “This year will be dedicated to empowering traders and raising awareness about their contributions,” said Sonthalia.
CAIT Chairman Brijmohan Agarwal added that the year would involve various programs across the nation, engaging over 48,000 business organizations to ensure the success of the campaign.
