CA team, BCCI officials inspects facilities at JSCA Stadium in Ranchi ahead of India-Aus ODI

Ranchi: A three member team of Cricket Australia along with two BCCI officials inspected the facilities at the Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) Stadium at Dhurwa in Ranchi ahead of the ODI match between India and Australia scheduled here for March 8, 2019.

The Cricket Australia inspection team included Team Operations manager Practice Berthold, Head of Security Sean Carrol and Australian Cricketers� Association representative Brendon Drew. BCCI Manager Logistics Mayank Parikh and BCCI Liason for Australia Girish Dongre accompanied the Australians.

The inspection teams of CA and BCCI checked facilities at the cricket stadium including dressing and dining rooms, the playing pitch, ground condition, spectators� galleries, media centre, net practice area and indoor facilities.

The inspection was followed by a briefing by JSCA officials that covered all aspects including stadium operations, security, hospitality, logistics and other related areas. The team looked very pleased with the arrangements.
