Burglars decamp with ornaments and cash from retired Tata Steel employee’s house

Jamshedpur, Mar 22: Burglars targeted a close house of a retired Tata Steel employee, Shyam Lal at Baridih under Sidhgora thana. 
Burglars who entered the house by breaking open the lock decamped with cash of Rs 20,000, ornaments worth Rs 3 lakh on the night of Sunday. 
Sidhgora police after complaint reached the spot and took information from the nearby people to identify the culprits. 
Incidentally, there is a marriage function in the family of Shyam Lal and the household had gone for market  on Sunday afternoon and when they returned on Sunday night at  9 pm they found that the burglars had broken open the lock of backside gate and also broke the lock of the almirah and fled with cash and ornaments. A case has been lodged against unidentified burglars at the Sidhgora thana. The son of Shyam Lal is going to get married in May and ornaments were purchased two days ago and kept in the locker. 
The burglars have only taken cash and ornaments and have not touched anything else. 
The manner in which the theft has been committed it appears that they carefully carried out recee before committing the crime.
