Jamshedpur, Feb 1: Advocate Sudhir Kumar Pappu Wednesday said the Union Budget of Modi government had given nothing to poor farmers and unemployed youths. He said the Budget had made populist announcements in view of Assembly polls upcoming in several states.
“There is no provision in the Budget for elimination of poverty. It does not say anything to provide jobs to crores of youths of the country. No initiative has been taken for small traders and businesses. This can be called a jumla Budget. The government has failed on every front. This is why people have been neglected in the Union Budget,” said Pappu.
