Potka: BSNL services in Potka and Jadugora have gone haywire for the last couple of days. As a result of disrupted services, Internet services could not work properly in these areas. This caused much dismay among the local students who were eager to know the results of CBSE class XII Board exams.
Many BSNL subscribers alleged that the telephone and broadband services of BSNL had gone out of order in Potka and Jadugora. Most of the times, the BSNL lines do not work.
The consumers appealed to BSNL authorities concerned to take necessary steps to improve the situation.
