Jamshedpur�: Tata Pigment, a subsidiary of Tata Steel, signed a bonus agreement on Friday. Under the agreement, employees will get a minimum bonus of Rs 26, 000 and a maximum of Rs 57, 202 for the financial year 2019-20.
The bonus money will be sent to the employees in their bank account within a week. This year the bonus agreement is based on a formula. It consists of production of prime pigments, benefits of iron oxide pigments and floating colors, benefits of cooperative production and safety parameters.
On behalf of the management on the bonus agreement, MD Umesh Kumar Singh, general manager of sales and marketing OP Gupta, chief factory inspector Pawan Kumar Pratap Singh, chief human resources officer Rajesh James, chief finance and accounts Dinesh Agarwal. On behalf of the union Pawan Mishra and Union were signed by Vinod Kumar Singh, Vice President Jitendra Kumar Singh, General Secretary Dinesh Tiwari, Secretary Kamlesh Kumar Singh, Rajesh Sardar. There are 125 employees employed in the company.
