Jamshedpur : Nuvoco Vistaas Corp Ltd Jojobera Cement Plant Management and JCP Employees Union signed an annual bonus for permanent employees. According to the formula, there is a provision of seven percent bonus on production, seven percent on security and six percent bonus on profit. According to the previous year’s figures, bonus was 6.28 percent on security, 6.23 on production and 5.14 on profit.
Accordingly, a total of 17.65 percent bonus was being made for the year 2019-20. But considering the tireless efforts and cooperation of the employees, on the initiative of Union President Rakeshwar Pandey, the bonus was increased to 18.5 percent.
Thus for the financial year 2019-20, the employees of Jojobera Cement Plant will get 18.5 percent bonus. According to the management-union agreement, employees will get a minimum of Rs 39,392 and a maximum of Rs 1,61,957 as bonus while the average bonus amount will be Rs 1,10,883.
On behalf of the management on the MoU, Plant Head Raju Ramachandran, GM HR Vinay Dubey, IR Head Rahul Chatterjee, GM Finance Abhijit Mandal, Anil Goswami, Maya Tiwari and Union Chairman Rakeshwar Pandey, Deputy President Vinay Trivedi, Vice President Sanjeev Srivastava, Signed by General Secretary Vijay Khan, Assistant Secretary Rajdeep Singh, Treasurer PVR Murthy, Advisor to the Chairman KP Sharma, Sunil Shukla and Sanjay Singh.
On the occasion, through video conferencing company HR, Senior Vice President of IR Sandeep Pandey, Finance Head Vinay Mishra, Amit Agarwal also joined the bonus talks and expressed their views. The bonus amount will be sent to the employees’ bank account in the next one week.
It is to be known that the employees of Nuvoco Vistaas Corp Jojobera Cement Plant received a 19 percent bonus in the financial year 2018-19. It got a minimum of 40,769, a maximum of 1,54,230 and an average of Rs 92,035.
