Jamshedpur, Dec 22: Bank of Baroda, one of India’s leading public sector banks, opened Jharkhand’s first mid-corporate Branch in BoB Regional Office premises located at Baroda Surya Bhawan in Main Road, Bistupur on Wednesday.
The branch was inaugurated by Manoj S. Chayani, General Manager, Mid Corporate Banking, BCC, Mumbai and Sonam T. Bhutia, General Manager, Bihar, Jharkhand and Orissa Zones.
The branch aims to provide loan facility from Rs 50 Crore to Rs 250 Crore to the entrepreneurs of Jharkhand. The main objective is to provide economic upliftment and employment opportunities by providing quick/timely credit facility to those industries and business institutions, which are involved in business above the scope of MSME.
