BMS stages demonstration against govt policies

Seraikela: State president of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh(BMS) Jai Narayan Sharma on Friday alleged that the Central government was bent on implementing anti-worker and anti-farmer policies across the country under the influence of NITI Aayog. He said the BMS opposed such policies and planned to launch a national level agitation in support of farmers� demands.

Sharma made the allegations during an agitation of workers before the DC office in Seraikela-Kharsawan. He said the workers across the country were in a state of illusion due to the wrong policies of the Central government.

A delegation of BMS leaders handed over a memorandum addressed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the deputy commissioner (DC).

Among those present on the occasion included Bharat Prasad Singh, Keshwar Mishra, Chandrama Pandey, Saroj Tantubai, Manish Singh, Nitesh Kumar, DN Singh and Anil Chaturvedi.
