Chaibasa, May 8: Surajmull Jain DAV Public School organized blood donation camp on the occasion of World Red Cross Day on Tuesday. The initiative was taken by the principal Rekha Kumari. Large number of teachers and parents came forward to donate blood. 27 units blood was collected which was deposited by Red Cross society in the blood bank. The principal Rekha Kumari while addressing said that blood donation makes a person physically fit. It cures many diseases and blood flow also remains smooth in the body. DC Aarva Rajkamal also inspected the camp and said that one person blood can save three persons life. A large number of guardians also turned out to donate blood .
