Jamshedpur: A blood donation camp was organized at Gauri Bhavan, Kitadih, under the aegis of Ganesh Puja Samiti, Kitadih Boys Club, on Sunday.
The chief guest of the occasion was district BJP president Dinesh Kumar. In his address, Kumar said that blood donation was a noble activity and it helped save the lives of many.
He appealed to everyone to donate blood and join the great humanitarian practice. A total of 150 units of blood were collected at the camp.
The organizers felicitated the chief guest and praised the volunteers at the camp for their services.
Among those present on the occasion included Sandeep Sharma, Vijay Singh, Vijay Thakur, Mithu Agrawal, Abhay Pandey, Keshav Singh, Sushil Singh, Bunty Singh, Virendra Singh, Pappu Singh, Gyani Singh, Vinay Tiwary and Mahesh Singh.
