Ranchi: A voter, identified as Satish Bhagat, stabbed a booth level officer in booth number 138 in Eradon under Sadar police station area of Lohardagga Lok Sabha constituency on Thursday.
He stabbed the latter following a dispute over voter�s list. The victim was taken to Sadar Hospital. Cops have arrested the accused.
