Blankets, dry ration distributed on Asish Dey’s birth anniversary

Jamshedpur, Feb 2: Social worker, businessman of Sakchi Sreeleathers, late Asish Dey’s birth anniversary was observed on Tuesday. Wife of the late Asish Dey, Dolon Dey visited a farfetched village in Bodam Block where she distributed blankets and 15 days’ rations comprising mustard oil, pulses, soya chunks, chickpeas, sugar, salt, flattened rice and different types of spices among 100 Sabar families.

Dolon Dey was assisted by social organization Team Sangharsh Pariwar. She and the team members paid tributes to Asish Dey on the occasion. Dolon Dey pledged to organize a blood donation camp in the near future in memory of her late husband.

The other members of the team included Subhasish Dey, Bimal Roy, RD Gupta, Arijit Sarkar, Zila Parishad member Swapan Kumar Mahto, Phulchand Sahis, Subhash Sahis, Sneha Sarkar, Madhuri, Kishor Kumaresh, Mantosh, Rohit, CN Sarkar, Ajit, Dipak Mitra, Mihir, Panna, Debnath, Bhola and others.
