Ranchi: Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha state president Ramakant Mahato today alleged that the state government and its ministers were busy in the transfer and posting of bureaucrats in a bid to line their pockets. He said the transfer and posting of officials had turned into an �industry�.
He said the ministers were merely concerned with the transfer and posting of officials. Such situation should be improved or else the party will launch an agitation, he said.
