Jamshedpur, Nov 28: The BJP would perform overwhelmingly in the assembly election in Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir due to the “Narendra Modi wave” sweeping across both the states. BJP Spokesman Syed Shahnawaz Hussain claimed in a press conference in Jamshedpur.
Shahnawaz Hussain, who had just returned after campaigning in the State, claimed that people were enthusiastic about the BJP’s promise of development and bringing the State in the mainstream.
“Political opponents have been creating fear of BJP among people here, especially Muslims. I appeal Muslim brothers to give BJP a chance to serve the people of the state,” Shahnawaz said He said after giving BJP a chance, people will judge who is dividing them and creating fear among them.
The BJP leader said there is Modi-wave everywhere in the State and the rightwing party will get majority of state in Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections. “PM Narendra Modi has a vision and he will take all along with him,” he said. Congress is responsible for all the problems in State.
Hussain, who is in Jharkhand in connection with the ongoing Assembly elections, expressed hope that BJP would form the next government in the state.
“We are overwhelmed to see the response of the people, I toured the Muslim majority areas of the state and was surprised to see how much the Muslim residents love Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” he said.
Hussain further said that after the assembly election in Jharkhand, the focus of BJP would be forming the next government in Bihar. He further said that in fact, JD (U) and RJD are scared of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and forged the alliance to prevent BJP from coming to power.
The BJP would perform “very well” in the assembly election in Jammu and Kashmir due to the “Narendra Modi wave” sweeping across both the states, a senior party leader claimed on Friday.
“While the performance of the party in Jammu and Kashmir will be beyond the imagination of anyone, the party will form a government with two-third majority in Jharkhand,” BJP Spokesman Syed Shahnawaz Hussain claimed.
Hussain, who has returned after campaigning in the valley, said the party’s poll prospect in the state was bright and the “Mission 44? target set by BJP President Amit Shah will be achieved.
The people of the two poll-bound states were excited particularly after the impressive turnout in the first phase of poll in favour of the party, he said claiming that Modi’s election meetings were drawing more crowds than during his election meetings during the Lok Sabha poll.
Taking a jibe at AICC Vice-President Rahul Gandhi, he said Congress had to arrange “pakarwa bheed” (lure people to attend the meetings) while people are turning up of their own in large numbers in Modi’s meetings because of his impressive performance during last six months in power.
