Saraikela, Dec 13: The BJP will organize a farmers’ meeting in the Saraikela Town Hall on Tuesday, December 15 from 11 am. Farmers from all over Kolhan Region are expected to participate in the meeting. The BJP district committee held a meeting in the regard at the party’s district office to give final shape to the salient points of conducting the farmers’ meeting. Sunday’s meeting was presided by former legislator and programme convener Laxman Tudu. Central Minister and Khunti MP Arjun Munda will be present in the meeting. The meeting is being organized to have face-to-face discussions with the farmers of the three districts of Kolhan Region and to give them detailed information of the new Farm Bills brought in by the central government. Saturday’s meeting was also attended by JB Tubid, Vijay Mahto, Raja Singhdev, Pratap Katiyar, Sourav Chakraborty, Haradhan Mahto and Ganesh Mahali. BJP member Niranjan Singh gave the information.
