Jamshedpur: The members of BJP Jamshedpur mahanagar committee will pay a poetic tribute in the form of Kavyanjali, a month after the death of party stalwart and former Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Vajpayee died on August 16. Kavyanjali will be organized on September 16. This program will be held in major places of the party�s Vidhan Sabha constituency.
Recordings of recitations by the late Prime Minister will be played during Kavyanjali. The recordings will be provided by the party high command.
The party units would also celebrate the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi between September 17 and 25 as Seva Saptah. The events were announced vide a press release by the Mahanagar press spokesperson Ankit Anand.
The Kavyanjali program will also feature poets who will recite their poems on tribute to Atal Bihari Bajpayee.
Local poets, litterateurs and intellectuals will be invited to the memorial program.
