Jamshedpur: State BJP spokesperson Rajesh Shukla met the family members of former Jamshedpur East MLA late Dinanath Pandey on Tuesday and consoled them. He said late Dinanath Pandey was a gifted leader of the masses well-known for his simplicity and dedication to public service. He said the veteran leader will always be remembered for his contribution to society.
Local residents demanded that a statue of the former BJP leader should be installed at a prominent place in the city. Shukla assured them to apprise party high-ups and state government officials about their demand.
Shukla was accompanied by Satyendra Narayan Singh, Basant Kumar Mishra, KN Mahato, Bhola Shukla and Arun Choubey.
