BJP slams state government as failure

Ranchi: The state president of Bharatiya Janata Party Dr Ravindra Rai today pulled up the ruling alliance led by Hemant Soren by attributing many failures to the improper functioning of the alliance partners. He said the state was running sans government as the ministers were solely trying to fool the people.

Addressing a press conference on Thursday, he said the people were now looking for an alternative as they were not happy with the way the government was functioning. He said the ministers too, had failed the people through their whimsical ways of functioning. He said the ministers had simply fallen through their ways.

He said the state was formed with the purpose to provide a conducive environment to the people and industries. But present government has failed to live up to the expectations of the people, he said. He said the people should now prepare to elect a new government.

Rai said the Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi was expected to arrive in Jharkhand between 5th December to 20th December. Modi may participate in a grand rally in Ranchi, said Rai.

Meanwhile, former MLA and BJP leader Saryu Rai today said that no political inference should be drawn out of his statement giving clean chit to the Bihar CM Nitish Kumar.
