Jamshedpur, July 9: The Golmuri unit of BJP launched a tree plantation drive on the occasion of first martyrdom day of Kishan Dubey, the slain BSF soldier from Jamshedpur, who died fighting for his motherland at a border outpost in North Kashmir on July 9, 2015 at Vishwakarma Udyan.
Headed by unit president Probir Chatterjee, party workers planted 11 saplings on Saturday and paid tribute to Kishan. On the occasion, BJP leaders pledged for supervision of every sapling planted. BJP leader Khemlal Choudhary and Mithilesh Singh Yadav paid rich tributes to Kishan.
On the occasion BJP leader said, Kishan will always be present in the hearts of citizens and people can take inspiration for giving everything for the motherland.
Amarjeet SIngh Raja, Kapil Kumar, Bunty Agarwal, Bacha Babu Sharma, Rajesh Sharma, Rnjeet Singh, Ashok Samanta, Amish Agarwal and others were present on the occasion.
