Jamshedpur, Dec. 26: BJP leader and patron of Mango Chitragupt Puja Samiti, Tuntun Srivastava breathed his last on early Monday morning.
He was running ill for quite some time. Tuntun Srivastav�s funeral procession was taken out from his Dimna Road situated home where large numbers of people were present.
His last rites were performed at Subarnarekha burning ghat in Bhuiyadih. Later in the day, Kayastha Parivar members organized a condolence meeting in Mango.
Members said that Tuntun Srivastava despite being associated with political party was involved in social work and helped poor and underprivileged people a lot.
Present at the condolence meet was Shyam Bihari Lal, Gouri Shankar Srivastav, Shambhu Dayal, Sanjay Verma, Ajay Srivastav, Sanjay Srivastava, Vikrant Shekhar, RV Sharan, Indu Bhusan, Vishwa Prakash Srivastav, Priti Sinha, AK Srivastava, Mithilesh Srivastava, Rajkumar Srivastav, Sk Sinha and others.
