Ranchi: The state spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party Mohammad Kamal Khan today alleged that the Chief Minister Hemant Soren had failed to resolve the sand crisis.
He said the CM could not take any decision to solve the problem related to sand mining and settlement issue in the state despite passage of so many months.
He said the ministers of the state government were just busy in the transfer and posting of bureaucrats.
