Ranchi: Bharatiya Janata Party state committee will complain to the Election Commission (EC) of India against the transfer and posting of bureaucrats on a largescale by the sate government before the elections.
The party state president Dr Ravindra Kumar Rai alleged that the government was trying to make money through such frequent transfers and postings. He said the transfers were politically motivated.
