Jamshedpur, Nov 12: JD (U) leaders and party members visited party’s state president Salkhan Murmu’s Kadma residence and congratulated him for the party’s excellent showing in the recent Bihar Assembly elections. They distributed sweets. The jubiliant members were led by state general secretary Kaushal Kumar.
Party members congratulated all JD (U) candidates who emerged victorious in the Bihar polls. They expressed the hope that once again with Nitish Kumar as the Chief Minister Bihar’s wheel of progress would continue to rotate effectively and fruitfully.
Expressing his views on the occasion JD (U) Jharkhand president Salkhan Murmu said, “In Jharkhand too, the people should emulate their Bihar counterparts and opt for tangible progrtess. It is time that like the success of NDA, Jharkhand too witnesses BJP joining forces with JD (U) and strengthening the political grip in the state. BJP should take a lesson from the by-polls in Dumka and Bermo.”
The JD (U) team that celebrated the [party’s victory in Bihar included state general secretaries Kaushal Kumar and Anjali Singh, state vice president Yogesh Sharma, Amit Kumar, Paramjit Singh, Dilip Singh, Sunny, Arun Singh and others.
