BJP Jamshedpur holds special screening of 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat at 400 sites

Party leaders and workers listen radio broadcast with citizens

Jamshedpur, April 30: A special screening of  Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s monthly radio broadcast ‘Mann Ki Baat’ which completed its 100th episode on Sunday, was held at more 400 locations in BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagar.

Live broadcast of the program was also organised by BJP Jamshedpur unit in around one thousand booths of 28 units under four assembly constituencies.

Senior party leaders and workers along with local residents in large number witnessed the event.

BJP’s National Vice President and former Chief Minister Raghubar Das attended the event at Birsa Munda Town Hall under Baridih Mandal of Jamshedpur East Assembly, Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato at Mahulbana Panchayat of Patmada, former MLA Maneka Sardar at Sai Mandir Auditorium under Bagbera area of Potka Assembly, BJP district president Gunjan Yadav at Bhuiyadih Park, former District President Rambabu Tiwari at Utsav Bhavan in Burmamines, District General Secretary Rakesh Singh and State Coordinator of BJP Business Cell Niraj Singh at Sakchi Dhalbhum Club, Union Minister Arjun Munda’s wife Meera Munda witnessed the event in Ghorabandha area.

BJYM organized the program at Ramlila Maidan where state BJP spokesperson Kunal Sharangi, office bearers, state working committee members, former district presidents, district office bearers, district heads listened to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat.

Talking to the media after the event at Birsa Munda Town Hall, Raghubar Das congratulated PM Modi and the citizens on the completion of the 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat. He said that the Mann Ki Baat program started on 3rd October 2014 on Vijayadashami is a unique and first of its kind radio programme through which PM Modi promotes the spirit of public participation for nation building.

Through Mann Ki Baat, Prime Minister not only gives information about contributing to nation building, but also inspires, urges and praises people for their excellent work. In the last eight and a half years, the Mann Ki Baat program has become a powerful medium for enlightened citizens from all walks of life to express their opinions, concerns and suggestions, added Raghubar.
