Pappu claimed the findings have unsettled the BJP think tank, as the party’s current strategies are failing to gain traction. He alleged that specific electoral practices and candidate positioning would not save the party from a defeat.
Pappu claimed West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee would retain power with a massive mandate due to strong public sentiment. He alleged that political tactics successful in Bihar would fail in West Bengal’s unique landscape. Shifting focus, he also claimed the Indian National Congress would deliver a strong performance in Assam.
