Jamshedpur: Jubilant celebrations erupted in Jamshedpur’s Golmuri area on Friday after the BJP-led NDA registered a sweeping victory in the Bihar Assembly elections. The BJP Golmuri Mandal, led by Mandal President Pappu Upadhyay, organised a grand celebration near the Shri Hanuman Temple at Golmuri Chowk. Party workers distributed laddoos to passers-by and local residents and lit fireworks to mark what they called a “historic mandate.”
A large number of BJP workers and senior party leaders participated in the event, creating a festive atmosphere in the locality. Slogans of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “BJP Zindabad” echoed across Golmuri Chowk as supporters expressed their enthusiasm over the election results.
Former district president Dinesh Kumar said the people of Bihar had once again expressed their confidence in “good governance, stability and development.” He added, “The public has reinforced its trust in the welfare-oriented policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. This victory belongs to the people and their faith in a strong and stable government.” Kumar extended his gratitude to the “aware and discerning voters of Bihar” and also thanked BJP workers for their dedicated efforts during the election.
Several prominent leaders and workers, including Dinesh Kumar, Mithilesh Singh Yadav, Khemlal Choudhary, Pappu Upadhyay, Appa Rao, Probir Chatterjee Rana, Prem Jha, Manjit Singh, Ashok Samant, Bunty Agrawal, Hareram Yadav, Baccha Sharma, Ranjit Gupta, Balbir Singh Bablu, Amarendra Singh, Laxman Behera, Nihar Mohanty, Piyush Paul, Shailendra Prasad, Chandrakanta Singh and Jaswant Singh were present during the celebrations.
The event concluded with party workers reaffirming their commitment to strengthening the organisation at the grassroots level.
Bharat Singh hails NDA’s historic victory in Bihar
Jamshedpur, Nov 14: BJP State Working Committee member Bharat Singh congratulated the central leadership and NDA workers on the alliance’s historic victory in the Bihar Assembly elections. Calling the mandate “a clear endorsement of development, good governance and stability,” Singh credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP national president J.P. Nadda for their “strong leadership and visionary policies.”
Singh described the win as “the people’s victory,” praising NDA workers for their dedication. “Their hard work and commitment at every booth made this success possible,” he said. He thanked the people of Bihar, assuring them that the NDA government would continue to uphold their trust through sustained development and good governance.
