Jamshedpur : With Assembly polls expected any time from now, the leading opposition party in the State, BJP is turning into election mode.
The party, which is eying to form the next Government, has already started chalking out strategies for the big battle.
On Monday, Arjun Munda inaugurated party�s election office of Jamshedpur West Assembly seat in Bistupur. He also asked people in large numbers to participate in Prime Minister Narendra Modi�s programme in Ranchi on August 21.
He urged the party workers and leaders to visit in rural belts and highlight the dismal performance of the JMM and UPA to ensure that the next government at the State be formed by the BJP.
Anil Modi, district spokesperson, BJP said that the party has decided to intensify the campaign against the State regime and the UPA. Several events have been lined up for the next month.
He said that during the meeting it was decided to bring speed up the membership drive and add more youths in the party. Different chapters have been asked to intensify the membership drive and bring results in next two months.
All the units of the party in district have been asked to take out processions as mark of protest against rising
corruption and poverty in the State.
�We have decided to launch agitation against the rising corruption in Government welfare programmes from block to district level. It is high time for the voters to know difference between the rules of UPA and BJP,� said another leader.
