Jamshedpur: Former Jamshedpur West MLA and senior BJP leader Saryu Roy today said the BJP was all set to change Jharkhand including Jamshedpur and Ranchi into modern cities.
He said the party wanted to change the �steel city� into �skilled city�. He said the city youths will get huge opportunities in the manufacturing and service sector.
Skill development centres will be opened in the city with the view to provide job training to youths. Local industries will get skilled youths while the youths will get employment, he said while addressing scribes.
Roy said the training would be provided by National Skill Development Council, Government of India.
Roy further said that the party was going to celebrate the birth anniversary of Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan on 11th October in a grand manner.
Among others present today along with Roy included district BJP president Nandjee Prasad.
