Jamshedpur, Dec 23: A youth identified as Sarfaraz Ul Haq was caught stealing a bike red-handed near PM Mall under Bistupur police station area late yesterday night. The bike owner Vikas Kumar had parked the vehicle on the roadside and gone inside the mall for shopping. When he returned, he saw Sarfaraz allegedly trying to take away his vehicle. He raised an alarm and caught the accused with the help of other people and security guards. The accused is a resident of Mahato Para Road, Jugsalai.
