Jamshedpur: Bhumij Language Training Centre will be inaugurated at Tirildih High School in Potka block on 17th September. Conducted by Tribal Cultural Society, Tata Steel, it will impart training in Bhumij language with the help of Oyon Akhra, Tirildih. The chief guest of the programme will be the MLA of Pokta Menka Sardar. The organizers of the event have appealed to people to attend the event to know about the benefits of learning Bhumij language. Many local dignitaries are expected to attend the event. This is the first such training centre run by Tribal Cultural Society, Tata Steel.
Urmila Ekka, secretary of TCS Tata Steel, and Shiv Shankar Kandeyong, executive officer of TCS Tata Steel, said preparations had been made for the inauguration.
